Does Hard Trim delete my ChatGPT history?
No. Hard Trim saves older messages to your local archive folder, then removes them from the browser's rendered page. Your full conversation history remains intact on ChatGPT's servers. Nothing is deleted from OpenAI's side.
What is the Session Memory Bridge?
The bridge is a structured text summary of your conversation that ChatGPT can understand. When you start a fresh chat and paste the bridge, ChatGPT instantly understands the full context of your previous session — no re-explaining needed.
Is my chat data safe?
Yes. All archives are saved locally to a folder you choose on your device. No conversation content is ever sent to our servers or any third party. The only external connection is to our license validation server, which never receives chat data.
Can I use this on multiple computers?
Each license covers 1 device at a time. You can deactivate from one device in the extension Settings and activate on another. Your license key is the same — you manage devices yourself.
